Class Action Waiver

FREIGHT SERVICES, INC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREIGHT SERVICES, INC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

Termination / Access Restriction

Freight Services may terminate your access to the Site and related services at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion. This agreement is governed by Arizona law, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Arizona for disputes arising from use of the Site.

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by this agreement. Freight Services's performance remains subject to existing law and legal process. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches the intent, and the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified, this agreement is the entire agreement between the user and Freight Services concerning the Site and supersedes prior communications and proposals. A printed version and electronically delivered notices are admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings. The parties expressly wish that this agreement and related documents be written in English.

Changes to Terms

Freight Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which freightservices.net is offered. The most current version supersedes all prior versions, and users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
